Order and Payment Process
 
Select products for purchase by clicking on the Add To Cart button, either from the product grid/list, or from within the product detail page. Each time a product is added to your cart you will be taken to the Shopping Cart page, from where you may
 
a) amend the quantity of products in your cart
b) delete products from your cart
c) proceed to the Checkout process
d) proceed directly to payment by Paypal Express Checkout
e) continue shopping
 
Selecting Paypal Express Checkout will take you to the Paypal login page, from where you can confirm your shipping address and payment details stored in Paypal, before returning to our website to complete your order.
 
Selecting Proceed To Checkout will enable you to enter your preferred blling and shipping addresses, your preffered shipping option, and your preferred payment method. 
 
Within Australia, we accept Mastercard, Visa, Paypal, Direct Bank Deposit, or cash on pick up by arrangement. Please note that credit card processing is transacted directly with our bank (Commonwealth Bank of Australia); when selecting payment by credit card you will be taken to the bank's credit card processing page (your card details are not seen or stored by us), after which you will be returned to our site to review and complete your order.
 
When shipping to countries outside Australia, we accept payment by Paypal only.
 
Product Availability, Handling Time and Backordering
 
Items are in stock unless an 'Out of Stock' notice is displayed; we aim to keep this accurate 100% of the time however please feel free to call or email if you wish to confirm availability of any particular product. "In stock" items normally ship within 24-48 hrs of ordering. If you wish to enquire about availability or place a backorder for an "Out of stock" item, please contact us.

We ship to addesses within Australia and many other countries. A list of countries we ship to can be found in the Shopping Cart page.
 
Shipping to Addresses In Australia
 
All items are sent by Australia Post, unless otherwise advised or agreed. Free shipping by Parcel Post is available on orders of $250 or more to addresses within Australia only.
 
You should receive an email shipping notification with tracking number when you order has shipped; parcels may be tracked online at auspost.com.au/track/
 
Shipping to Addresses Outside Australia
 
We use Registered Post International (up to 2Kg only) and Express Post International for delivery to addresses outside Australia. A postage reference number is provided with your shipping advice email which may be used to track the shipment via the local postal service (eg. USPS in USA).
 
To calculate the cost of International shipping please select the item(s) you wish to purchase and then use the shipping calculator on the cart page.
